- Unauthorized transactions
- Platform-related errors
- Service disruptions directly caused by iPayHub
- All refund or dispute claims must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
- Refunds will not be issued for transactions that were knowingly and intentionally completed by the user.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team and include the following information:
- Transaction ID
- Date and amount of payment
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documents (e.g., receipts, screenshots, etc.)
Requests can be submitted via email or through the in-app support system.
3. Processing Time
- Refund requests are reviewed and responded to within 5–7 business days.
- If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not available for:
- Subscription or service fees already used or activated
- Transactions made through third-party providers integrated with iPayHub
- Purchases made from merchants or businesses using iPayHub—please contact the seller directly for their policies
5. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
If you suspect unauthorized activity or a payment error, we encourage you to contact iPayHub Support before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Our team will work with you to resolve disputes quickly and minimize delays or additional fees.
